About Us

We are a national, incorporated society and registered charity, for people, and their support people, with scleroderma (systematic sclerosis) and undifferentiated connective tissue disease. Groups have been meeting in Hamilton, Palmerston North, Wellington, Christchurch and Southland.

With the current risk of COVID-19 these groups have not always been meeting. Scleroderma NZ has been telemeeting.

If you would like to be at a Scleroderma NZ telemeeting contact Dianne Purdie, diannepurdie@xtra.co.nz 04 479 5548.

If you don’t have a group in your area contact your local Arthritis NZ Office for general Arthritis support groups in your area. If you would like to form a group, you can contact Dianne Purdie, Ph 04 479 5548 and we may be able to help you link up with people in your area.

Our network promotes learning, sharing, lobbying, prevention and improving health for people and their families with scleroderma and undifferentiated connective tissue disease.

Wellington has been meeting on the first Saturday of February, May, August and November, 1:30-4pm, in Lower Hutt.

We aim to have a guest speaker at every second meeting and a general get-together at the other scheduled meetings. Contact Dianne Purdie 04 479 5548 for details.

Southland has been meeting every couple of months, contact Jenny Andrews Ph 027 316 6124 for details.
