Come to one of our group information sessions and learn more about arthritis and self-care, which includes pain management, exercise and much more!
Wednesday 14 December
10:30am-12.00pm: osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, polymyalgia and fibromyalgia
1.30pm-2.30pm: Gout
There is no charge for entry however donations are appreciated.
