Today, I hope to share with you some life skills, hints and helpful ideas to make your life just that bit easier, less stressful – thereby conserving valuable body oxygen use etc.

I have been involved with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) for 9 years including scleroderma for about 4 years and I have been living and learning this system 24/7 since my wife (Sandra) was diagnosed with PAH, coming into Scleroderma in September 2009. No doubt, I will continue to learn as the months and years go by.

Like you, our journey has been up and down during this period but in that time we have learnt from many others before us who have left a huge legacy of information – some of which is here today available to you!
